Pluralsight One Awards $1.95 Million in Nonprofit Grants to Advance Equity in Technology Workforce

WESTLAKE, Texas, July 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, today announced $1.95 million in immediate cash grants from the Pluralsight One Fund, a corporate advised fund managed by Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

These grants, in addition to more than 25,000 donated Pluralsight licenses, support organizations that are delivering inclusive, skills-based training programs to underrepresented communities, accelerating access to technology careers, and closing the digital divide. The grantees selected for 2025 were chosen for their innovative models, measurable impact, and alignment with Pluralsight One's mission to democratize technology skills.

The following organizations are recipients of Pluralsight One's 2025 technology education grants:

Delivers technology training and real-world project experience for survivors of trafficking, including stipends and workforce support.

2. Auticon Training Institute (ATI)

Provides no-cost technical education and career support tailored for autistic individuals entering the tech workforce.

3. CodePath

Partners with colleges and employers to deliver industry-aligned curriculum, creating the first generation of AI-native software engineers and tech leaders.

4. Empowr

Offers tech training and internship preparation for high school students in Atlanta, helping them build in-demand digital skills.

5. Girls Who Code

Expands female representation in tech by building coding skills and career confidence through immersive programs like Work Prep.

6. i.c.stars

Runs intensive, project-based training programs that integrate tech skills, leadership development, and career preparation for adults.

7. JA Utah

Introduces thousands of Utah students to technology careers through financial literacy and work-readiness experiences.

8. LaunchCode

Provides free, high-quality tech training and job placement services for adults new to the field.

9. LGBT Tech

Connects LGBTQ+ individuals with STEAM career tools, mentorship, and digital literacy resources.

10. NPower

Delivers proven workforce development programs in tech, with a focus on young adults and military-connected individuals from low-income communities.

11. Tech-Moms

Supports individuals reentering or transitioning into technology careers with technical education and career navigation tools.

12. Unlocked Labs

Brings education and technology skill development programs to correctional facilities, helping incarcerated individuals prepare for reentry into the tech workforce.

13. Year Up United

A national leader in workforce training, Year Up United equips thousands of students annually with the skills and support to succeed in technology careers.
