PlusServer strengthens its position as a market leader in the German Managed Hosting Sector

PlusServer AG, a leading international provider of professional hosting solutions, is announcing the acquisition of the hosting activities of synergetic AG. This strengthens the company's position as one of the leading managed hosting providers in the German-speaking world.
The portfolio of the business areas taken over by PlusServer AG comprises individual managed hosting solutions for international corporations as well as highly available e-commerce solutions. Shared hosting packages under the brand name "Loomes", digital MPLS fixed connections for internet connection and the location networking of companies also form part of this business area. Synergetic's servers are housed entirely in their own, highly modern data centre in Wendlingen near Stuttgart.
