PlusServer Makes Two Acquisitions, Acquires 100% of the Shares in MESH GmbH and Mainlab GmbH

PlusServer takes another step towards the top position in the German hosting market: PlusServer AG announces the 100 percent acquisition of MESH GmbH in Dusseldorf and Mainlab GmbH in Frankfurt.  As a result PlusServer achieved a leading position in the German managed hosting market. In addition, the acquisitions allow PlusServer to expand its offering into managed colocation and cloud services. The two transactions increase PlusServer's revenue by an eight-figure sum.
