PMC Commercial Trust Announces Third Quarter Dividend of $0.16 per Share
DALLAS, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PMC Commercial Trust (NYSE Amex: PCC) (the "Company" or "our"), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trust Managers has declared a third quarter 2010 quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share payable on October 12, 2010 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2010. The dividend is our 67th consecutive quarterly dividend.
PMC Commercial Trust primarily originates loans to small businesses primarily secured by real estate.
