2022 and 2023 ongoing earnings guidance to be affirmed during meetings

During the meetings, management is expected to affirm the company's 2022 and 2023 consolidated earnings guidance of $2.50 to $2.60 per diluted share and $2.60 to $2.75 per diluted share, respectively.
