Mr. Pallante brings over 15 years of experience in residential development consulting, sales and marketing spanning multiple markets including Los Angeles, New York, South Florida, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Phoenix. In his new role, Mr. Pallante will guide sales programs for Polaris Pacific's portfolio in Southern California and Arizona. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, John served as a Senior Director for The Mark Company overseeing sales and marketing for developments including Oceanwide Plaza, downtown Los Angeles' largest mixed-use project. In the last five years alone, he has overseen $400 million in condominium sales. His proficiency includes a wide range of product types from suburban wood frame to the highest price condominium sold in Manhattan at $100 million. He holds a master's degree in urban planning from Hunter College.
