Police Departments Band Together to Adopt VideoFOCUS Pro from Salient Stills

BOSTON, Feb. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Salient Stills, the leader in video forensics and image enhancement, today announced the Fall River Police Department, along with four other local police departments in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, has purchased a VideoFOCUS Pro subscription.  This enables investigators from each city to quickly process crime scene video and speed up investigations and prosecutions.  The annual subscription to VideoFOCUS Pro provides access to powerful forensic video enhancement tools, which, through concurrent licensing, can be shared between the departments.  VideoFOCUS Pro is in use by hundreds of investigative agencies in over 20 countries and throughout the United States.
