(OTCQB: POCO or the "Company") is pleased to announce that pursuant to the recent reorganization and change in business focus, the Company has amended the Articles of Incorporation of POCO and changed the name of the Company to PureBase Corporation.
In conjunction with the Company's new name FINRA assigned the Company the new trading symbol "PUBC" which will now denote the Company's shares traded on the Over-The-Counter Venture Market ("OTCQB") under its new name and stock ticker symbol.
Purpose of Name Change
