Porter Novelli Promotes Erin Osher to Managing Director, Seattle and Colleen Connors to North American Talent Lead
NEW YORK, Dec. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Porter Novelli announces two talent shifts designed to strengthen its North American team: the appointment of Erin Osher as managing director, Seattle, and Colleen Connors as senior vice president, North America talent leader.
Osher has been with Porter Novelli for more than 11 years. Based in New York, she grew from account coordinator to executive vice president and, most recently, interim managing director. As managing director of the Seattle office, Osher will build on the growth and success of the local team and help provide even greater value to Porter Novelli clients across the network.

Connors joined Porter Novelli two years ago, supporting talent engagement initiatives in Washington, D.C. and Canada. In her new role, Connors will oversee the talent function for all North America offices. In addition, she will play a key role on global strategic initiatives to advance employee engagement, learning and development and culture.

Connors brings a broad background to the global talent team. She began her career as an agency PR practitioner before moving into leadership roles including serving as chief operations officer for the not-for-profit Save Darfur Coalition.
