PostNet CEO Steve Greenbaum Gets Inside Look at Franchise Model from Eyes of Employees, Franchisees on CBS Hit Series "Undercover Boss"

Along the way, Greenbaum hears the personal struggles of employees, and the challenges faced by some franchisees that aren't following the new Neighborhood Business Center model.
