• Chief Financial Officer Paul Denton provides two decades of strategic-leadership experience as an executive at numerous emerging-growth technology companies.  In 2011, he was part of the executive team that successfully sold Zvents to eBay-owned StubHub.  He has held CFO and executive management roles at OpenDNS, FusionOne, Determina, Andale and Zembu. 
•  Joining PowerCloud's board of advisors is David Nalley and Keith Newman.  Nalley, an influential channel executive, is the former vice president and general manager of Ingram Micro's direct, corporate and consumer markets division.  Newman is a partner marketing expert whose executive roles include president of IDG's Services Group.
• With the scaling of the CloudCommand platform and the executive additions, PowerCloud
