PR World Alliance Elects New Officers and Board Members at General Assembly Meeting in Poland

ISTANBUL and NEW YORK, May 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The PR World Alliance (www.PRWorldAlliance.com), the international PR network formed in 2012 by the merger of ECP Global Communications and IPAN, has successfully completed its spring general assembly meeting in Poland with the election of new officers and board members.

The 20-member organization, representing 19 countries, elected Perran Ersu Ozcaldiran, president of Persona PR, Istanbul, Turkey, as chairman; Henry Feintuch, president of Feintuch Communications, New York, U.S.A., as vice chairman; and Helena Stamou, president of Nostus Communications, Athens, Greece, as secretary.

Catherine Kable, managing partner, Kable Communication Finance, Paris, France and Ms. Stamou were elected to the seven-person board for the first time. They replace Peter Stanton, CEO, Stanton Communications, with offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and New York; and Daniel Larouche, president, Larouche Consultant, Montreal, Quebec, Canada who retired from the board. Mr. Larouche continues to serve as treasurer. PRWA's other directors are Lars-Ola Nordqvist, CEO, Comvision, Stockholm, Sweden; Anna Krajewska, CEO, NBS Communications, Warsaw, Poland; and Peter Walker, senior consultant, PIELLE Consulting, London, United Kingdom.
