PRAESES SECURES GSA PHASE III SBIR CONTRACT TO ACCELERATE AI-POWERED DATA FUSION ACROSS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

Air Force Global Strike Command award unlocks rapid access to proven solutions and signals a major milestone in Praeses' national security mission

SHREVEPORT, La., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Praeses, a provider of AI-powered data fusion and visualization solutions, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). The contract, issued by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) Innovation Office, is structured as a single-award vehicle, providing a direct mechanism through which AFGSC and eligible customers across the U.S. government can procure Praeses' proven defense solutions to address complex and critical national security needs more quickly. With an initial ceiling value of $79 million and a five-year term, this contract allows Praeses to sell its full suite of data fusion, management and AI-powered analytics products and services across all eligible agencies of the federal government.

The award is a significant milestone for the Government Programs division of Praeses and expands the company's ability to bring its AI-powered data fusion and visualization solutions to address needs the Department of War has in Battlespace Awareness (BSA) as well as Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3). SBIR Phase III awards are intended to facilitate the transition and commercialization of technologies developed through the Small Business Innovation Research program, providing an accelerated pathway for innovative capabilities to move from research and development into operational capabilities.
