Chen, MBA, CPA, CVA, EA, CGMA as its newest Principal. Jenny will be a leader of the China team in the Prager Metis' International Group, and will be based out of the firm's New York City office.

The creation of a China team in the firm's International Group underscores Prager Metis' commitment to serving a global clientele. The China team delivers a wide array of international audit, accounting and tax services to newly established companies, private companies, and listed companies, including those with subsidiaries in China, as well as resident and non-resident individuals. The China team is also well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, and provides a full range of public companies services to both current and potential public companies.
