Thomason will build and foster relationships with current and prospective customer partners, while Pinter will lead the finance, technology, and administrative functions.
Thomason brings more than 25 years of diverse consumer experience, providing executive leadership to highly innovative consumer brands during hyper-growth phases, including Red Bull, Neuro, G-Pure / Voss, Xyience, Snapple, and Gatorade. Pinter will leverage his deep financial executive experience, gained across technology brands SpotHero, DialogTech, and Orbitz, and at consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies such as Kraft, over nearly two decades.

Thomason previously held leadership positions with Big Red (VP/GM – International), Vitargo Global Sciences (Chief Sales Officer), Neuro Brands (VP – Sales), Reviver (Head of Sales), Voss (President of G-Pure), and Red Bull (VP/GM – Central Region). Thomason has managed global teams, sales planning and development, national product launches, customer marketing, sales and finance teams, and brands with up to billions in sales volume. Thomason began his CPG career working for The Minute Maid Company, Quaker, and PepsiCo.

In addition to his most recent role as head of finance at SpotHero, a high-profile technology startup with significant venture capital backing, he was a part of the core finance team at Orbitz that sold its online travel group to Blackstone, and had a subsequent IPO of Orbitz Worldwide in 2007 with a market cap of $1.5B. During his six years at DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone), he helped grow the company more than five-fold. Prior to his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Jason began his career at Kraft Foods.
