Precision Aviation Services (PAS) Announces New MD Helicopters Service Center

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., July 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MD Helicopters, Inc. (MDHI), a leading manufacturer of commercial and military helicopters, has selected Precision Aviation Services (PAS) of Peachtree City, GA, a Precision Aviation Group Company (PAG), to be an Authorized MD Helicopters Service Center. PAS is approved to provide airframe maintenance, component overhaul, and part and accessory sales to the operators of the MD 900/902 Explorer helicopters and the 500 and 600 series helicopters, the complete line of helicopters manufactured by MDHI.

With the addition of the PAS Service Center, MDHI has 46 authorized service centers supporting 2,500 helicopters in use worldwide. PAS is the first in the Southeast to service the complete line of MD helicopters, and one of four centers in the world to service the 900/902 Explorer®, a multipurpose twin-engine helicopter introduced in 1994 and designed to set new standards in performance, affordability, dependability and safety.
