PreGel Opens Fifth U.S. International Training Centers in Texas
The specialty dessert ingredient company enhances its educational reach across the States

PreGel's International Training Centers were established to be an educational resource for students of all skill levels in the field of artisan frozen desserts and pastry. Expanding on its dedication to offering quality education, guidance, and innovation in specialty dessert arts, PreGel has opened a fifth U.S. state-of-the-art learning facility in Dallas, Texas, adding to four existing locations in Charlotte, NC; Los Angeles, CA; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and Chicago, IL.
The PreGel International Training Centers – Dallas is located at 612 E Dallas Road, Suite 300, Grapevine, TX 76051, just northwest of Dallas center city. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes (6 miles) to drive from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport to the facility.
The entire property of the new Lone Star state location measures approximately 11,000 sq ft and hosts a training kitchen complete with four stations and top-of-the-line batch freezers, soft serve machines, refrigerators, display cases, etc. A conference room is fortified with audio/visual equipment for lectures and corporate training. Accommodations hold up to 12 students.
PreGel's newest location also features warehouse space to store the company's specialty dessert ingredients and better service the growing customer base in the Central Region with faster delivery and convenient customer pick-up onsite.
