TEMECULA, Calif., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Irvine, CA-based Premier Office Centers, LLC dba Premier Business Centers has entered into a long-term management agreement with Brea Imperial, LLC to help them develop, manage and operate an executive office suite at their 41593 Winchester Road building in Temecula. The executive suite is scheduled to open July 1, 2010 and will offer 40 offices.

Premier Business Centers is assisting the owner with the design, layout and overseeing the construction of the new executive office suite on the second floor of the North Jefferson Business Park's 41593 Winchester Road, Temecula, CA location. Once construction of the suite is completed, Premier Business Centers will be responsible for managing and operating the suite on a turnkey basis for the building owner.
