President Obama Did Not See Streaker; But Billionaire Alki David Pays Up

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- FilmOn.com, Inc. and Battlecam.com Founder Alki David announced today he has spoken with Juan J. Rodriguez regarding the Battlecam $1 Million Challenge.  Despite his best efforts, Rodriguez admitted he did not get within eyesight and earshot of President Obama, which is a necessary part of The $1 Million Challenge.

Despite the failed attempt, David has agreed to pay all Rodriguez's sister's hospital bills, Rodriguez's rent for the next year and will provide him with an additional undisclosed amount of cash.  

David issued a statement today regarding Juan J. Rodriguez's attempt to capture the prize to be awarded in his attempt to complete the Battlecam.com Million Dollar Challenge:

"After reviewing the footage of Juan Rodriguez's attempt to complete the Battlecam.com Million Dollar Challenge, I spoke with Mr. Rodriguez directly.  Mr. Rodriguez agreed that he was not able to complete all the criteria of the challenge. But he came so very close, and his personal story about why he decided to take such a risk for his family, moved me to provide him with a generous consolation prize.

"It is fans of Battlecam.com like Mr. Rodriguez that make our community so different than anything online. The Battlecam.com Million Dollar Challenge is now complete and I will look for a new challenge for the Battlecam community in the near future."  

The Battlecam.com Million Dollar Challenge rules include:

1. The individual has to be completely naked when executing the stunt
2. Battlecam.com should be written on front of the individual's chest
3. The individual should shout out "Battlecam" six times
4. The individual must be within eyesight and earshot of the president
5. And finally it must upload or broadcast live on Battlecam.com

Audiences get to vote on whether they keep that person on or not by voting "I like it!" or "Poop."
