LONGUEUIL, QC, Aug. 29, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - This press release is being disseminated as required by Regulation 62-103 Respecting the Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues (the "Regulation 62-103"). Claude Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. ("Mediagrif") announces that he has acquired since December 2, 2011 on the Toronto Stock Exchange, directly and indirectly through Les Services de gestion Claude Roy Inc., a corporation which he controls, 300,420 common shares of Mediagrif. As of the date of the last declaration under the Early Warning System, Mr. Roy held directly and indirectly 3,011,900 common shares of Mediagrif, representing approximately 21.97% of the outstanding common shares of Mediagrif. He is now the beneficial owner, and exercises control over a total of 3,312,320 common shares, representing approximately 24.01% of the outstanding common shares of Mediagrif.

Claude Roy and Les Services de gestion Claude Roy Inc. hold these shares for investment purposes only. Mr. Roy may increase or decrease his beneficial ownership or control over these common shares of Mediagrif, from time to time in the future, depending on market or other conditions.
