Preston Corporation Announces New Financial Consultant and Business Advisor

Preston Corp (OTC: PSNP) ("Preston Corporation" "PSNP" or the "Company") today is pleased to announce that it has contracted Mr. Michael Grace as a financial and business advisor to the Board.

Mr. Grace is an experienced financial industry executive and corporate finance consultant specializing in trading, corporate finance, and investment banking. His extensive 30 year financial background has focused on structuring and advising existing companies occupying the small to mid-sized marketplace along with his role in advising new ventures and emerging companies

He has successfully listed over thirty new issues to the market working closely with the investment banking, corporate finance, and syndicate departments. Michael was a member of the management committee at NDB Deutsche Bank with nearly 400 employees under his direction.

Michael holds a degree from Columbia University in Political Science with a sub-concentration in management sustainability. Throughout his time at Columbia, Michael continued to consult small to mid-cap companies helping them to reorganize their operations making the infusion of new capital more attractive to investors.

Mr. Grace has in-depth knowledge of the financial markets as well as alternative energy, mining and minerals, and healthcare sectors. He specializes in creating capital funding for public companies especially in their initial start-up phase.
