33-year marketing firm founded by Mark J. Murray enters a new chapter focused on strategy, growth, technology and expanded capabilities while honoring the contributions of Marilyn J. Bina and the entire PRIME team

MAPLE GROVE, Minn., Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- After 33 years of helping businesses grow and supporting its communities, Prime Advertising + Design Inc. is entering a new chapter under the leadership of Steve Jung and a new name: Prime Marketing + Design LLC. The evolution reflects PRIME's growing focus on strategy, technology and expanded marketing capabilities.

PRIME was founded by Mark J. Murray, who built the company around a commitment to creativity, strong relationships, exceptional service, community involvement, and helping businesses grow. His mother, Marilyn J. Bina, joined a few years later and became his longtime business partner, playing an integral role in PRIME's growth, relationships and commitment to giving back.

"When I founded PRIME 33 years ago, I never could have imagined the people, businesses and communities we'd have the opportunity to work with," Murray said. Murray will remain actively involved in Prime Marketing + Design, working alongside Jung and the existing team. He will focus on client growth, strategy, relationships and business development.

Jung is already well known to PRIME through M&G Trailer, one of the agency's longtime and valued clients. Jung also owns Silver Spur Ranch, a high-end wedding and event venue, and a more recent client of PRIME's. These relationships have allowed PRIME to experience firsthand Jung's leadership philosophy and his ability to build and grow companies.
