In her role as Chief People Officer, Hiquet will lead PHG's human resources strategy, talent development and organizational culture, helping build the systems and teams needed to support the company's continued expansion while keeping PHG's Core Values at the center of its culture.

Hiquet brings broad leadership experience across human resources, talent development, training, operations and business leadership. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development at DuraMark Technologies, where she focused on leading teams, developing people and strengthening workplace culture.
She also brings extensive experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which she uses as a practical leadership framework with a focus on team development, accountability and communication. Throughout her career, Hiquet has focused on creating environments where culture, values and performance work together, helping teams stay aligned and supported as organizations grow.
