Surveys were sent to Phoenix area residents who recently purchased a home over $150,000 (more than 55,800 households) within a 9-month period (March 2014 to December 2014). In order to be named a Five Star Professionals award winner, an individual must satisfy the applicable state licensing requirement and be in good standing. The final list of Five Star Mortgage Professionals includes less than 3% of the mortgage professionals in a market.
