PRIVACY ALERT: WestJet Airlines Under Investigation for Data Breach of 1.2 Million Customer Records

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating a data breach that led to unauthorized access to the sensitive information of 1.2 million customers of WestJet Airlines (WestJet), a Canada-based airline that operates routes in numerous United States cities.

On or around June 13, 2025, an unauthorized third party gained access to WestJet's systems and acquired files containing sensitive data.
