(Nasdaq: PRVT) a worldwide leader in premium-quality adult entertainment products, today announced the company has entered into an expanded agreement with long time IPTV partner, Free, an internet service provider in France. Leveraging Free's leading distribution platform which includes free-to-air TV channels, PVR, and catch-up services, along with extensive user base, Private will have 100% coverage throughout France with terms that will continue to significantly improve revenue generation through increased exposure and premier positioning.
Under the terms of the agreement, Private's content is now also featured on the Free platform in the "Hot Video Store" Video-on-Demand shop of Hot Video magazine, the most popular adult magazine in France. The new offering went live in March this year.
Established in 1999, Free is an Internet service provider in France, and is a 100 percent subsidiary of the Iliad Group. Free offers Internet access, telephony and television as a bundled package to its subscribers via Freebox modem. Whilst the Freebox includes a choice of free-to-air TV channels, PVR, and catch-up services, some subscribers pay extra for premium TV channels and on-demand content.
