SolarCity further informed that these notes will be secured by a pool of photovoltaic systems and related leases and power purchase agreements and ancillary rights and agreements that will be owned by SolarCity LMC Series I, LLC. SunPower Corporation Research Report

On November 4, 2013, SunPower Corporation (SunPower) announced that the Company has acquired Greenbotics, Inc. (Greenbotics). The Company said that with this acquisition, it expands its energy services portfolio for global customers with the SunPower Oasis Power Plant product, especially in markets with challenging dirt and dust environments.
