Groundbreaking Follows Recent Further Confirmation of Vested Rights by City of Aventura Judge
AVENTURA, Fla., June 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Privé Developers, LLC, led by co-developers BH3 and Gary Cohen as Principal, announced today that Privé at Island Estates is now in its second month of foundation construction. In a separate but related matter, a judge recently further confirmed what the Developer and The City of Aventura have always maintained, that vested rights exist without question.
