In this role, through Mr. Staeger's company, Sonoma Sports & Entertainment, he will lead key initiatives to elevate ProBox TV's global distribution, advertising, and sponsorships strategies, while also working with the production team to enhance programming. Mr. Staeger will engage directly with ProBox TV's founder and CEO, Garry Jonas, and provide support as an official Executive Producer and key member of the Company's leadership team.

A proven leader and respected expert in the sports media world, Mr. Staeger brings a storied career that spans 25-plus years across numerous leading organizations, including LIV Golf, ESPN, WWE, Endeavor, and Dick Clark Productions. His expertise lies in building and scaling content divisions, negotiating groundbreaking media rights deals and spearheading innovation across streaming and broadcast platforms. He has been instrumental in shaping paradigm-shifting organizations like LIV Golf, where he was one of the league's first five employees, and helped lead high performing teams at Endeavor Streaming, IMG Original Content, On Location, ESPN Original Entertainment and the WWE Network. He is currently the founder and President of Sonoma Sports & Entertainment, a content and media rights advisory firm for cutting-edge sports properties. Mr. Staeger is a UCLA alum and a graduate of USC's School of Cinema-Television, bridging the worlds of high-level sports programming and premium content production. His executive producer credits include three Emmy-nominated series and two Oscar-shortlisted documentary films.
