Procare Software® Announces Acquisition of Cirrus Group

MEDFORD, Ore. and ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., Aug. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Procare Software ("Procare"), a global leader in child care management solutions, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cirrus Group LLC, a leading online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of dynamic operational, financial and customer management solutions for childcare facilities, school districts and community education centers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This strategic acquisition further bolsters Procare's cloud-based offering and capabilities with Cirrus Group's software solutions to manage multi-site childcare, after-school and parks and recreation programs: DayCare Works, SchoolCare Works and RecCare Works. Cirrus Group introduced DayCare Works in 2002 for child care facility management and shortly after, expanded the platform to meet the growing needs of school districts and community education providers.
