Professional Remodeler Magazine Names Sun Design a "Market Leader" in Survey of 20 Major U.S. Markets

FAIRFAX, Va., June 21, 2011/PRNewswire/ -- Professional Remodeler Magazine has named Sun Design a 2011 "Market Leader" in its annual ranking of professional remodeling companies nationwide.  In the Washington, D.C. region, Sun Design was among only four companies that made the list.  The annual Market Leaders list, which identifies the largest remodelers in 19 top markets, was compiled through research by magazine staff and information provided by the companies themselves.

This is the fifth time Sun Design has been named to the Market Leaders list. It has also won six other awards from Professional Remodeler magazine. The award is based on previous year income; Sun Design's 2010 revenue was $7.7 million, its second best year ever. The median installed remodeling volume of this year's Market Leaders was $3.7 million. Other markets among the 19 include Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, Philadelphia and Houston.  Sun Design has won more than 70 major remodeling industry awards in its 23-year history.
