ProLogis common shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2011 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the special meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time at ProLogis' world headquarters located at 4545 Airport Way, Denver, Colorado.
