Prominent Private Equity M&A Partner Joins Latham & Watkins in New York

Kevin Burke brings extensive experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex transactions.

NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Burke has joined the firm's New York office as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice. Burke advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers on a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures, add-on acquisitions, exits, and divestitures.

Burke brings extensive experience advising on complex corporate and transactional matters across a wide range of industries, including digital infrastructure, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, technology, retail, and energy.
