Prominent Washington State RE/MAX Brokerages to Join Forces
New brokerage will have the highest volume of transaction sides in the state
SEATTLE, Aug. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- RE/MAX Professionals and RE/MAX Northwest Realtors are joining together to create the most productive real estate brokerage in Washington*. The merger will become effective on September 1, 2018, with both brokerages still operating under their respective names.
Kim Piper and Dean Stohl of RE/MAX Professionals and Matt van Winkle of RE/MAX Northwest decided to join forces to take full advantage of their strengths in the region. The merged company will include 375 agents across 10 offices, serving Western and Central Washington. They will lead the state in average volume per agent and the lowest average days on market per agent.
