Property on 300 acres of "Pristine" Land in NY's Adirondacks to Sell at Luxury Auction®

The property is one of three that Platinum has scheduled for luxury auction® sale in October, following a four-property sales schedule in September. The September auctions include another upstate NY property on Saranac Lake, selling on September 23. An additional property on Saranac Lake that Platinum offered in late August is currently pending sale.

The +295-acre assemblage is conveniently accessible via a private, tree-shaded entry just off Route 48, which suddenly opens to reveal an immense, sprawling green space of neatly manicured lawns surrounded by mature foliage and abundant pines.
