Prophet Taps Former Rosetta Exec John Baglivo As CMO

CHICAGO, Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- John Baglivo, a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years experience in consumer goods companies, interactive agencies and brand consultancies, has joined Prophet as Chief Marketing Officer, a new position. He is based in the firm's Chicago office.

Baglivo is charged with supporting the firm's continued strong growth by evolving Prophet's brand, building awareness and advancing Prophet's strategic marketing efforts across the globe. He had been Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing for Rosetta, one of the nation's leading interactive agencies, since 2010.

Baglivo brings Prophet an extensive background in domestic and global brand management at companies including Kraft Foods and The Coca-Cola Company. He also has been a strategy consultant, and recently has had senior level experience driving marketing and growth initiatives for leading marketing services firms.

Baglivo earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, and his Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He and his family reside in Chicago.

Baglivo has also been an Adjunct Lecturer in the Integrated Marketing Communications program at the Medill School at Northwestern since 2010.
