Both available in a molded ceramic package, the devices feature ultra low capacitance of only 0.15pF (I/O to GND). These features and more make the new components ideal for ESD circuit protection of very high speed data interfaces in popular electronics applications. P0201V05 Key Specifications
Key features for the P0201V05 include compatibility with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD): Air 15kV (Typical), 25kV (Max) and with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD): Contact 8kV (Typical), 15kV (Max). Low leakage current is 0.10 micro amps and the P0201V05 also features a fast response time. The component protects one bidirectional line and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
Mechanical characteristics for the P0201V05 include availability in a molded ceramic 0201 package with an approximate weight of 0.22 milligrams. It has lead-free plating and a lead-free solder reflow temperature of Sn/Ag/Cu, 96/3.5/0.5: 260-270 degrees Celsius. Rated stand-off voltage is 5.0 volts, while trigger voltage is 400 volts and typical clamping voltage is 40 volts.
