Individually portioned at 3 oz. and 3 1/4" in diameter, Michel de France has added their personal twist to this classic French dessert by using only the finest ingredients available, which includes a decadent premium dark chocolate that is comprised of 72% pure cocoa.

After baking, the cakes are flash frozen in a state-of-the-art spiral freezer that locks in the gourmet flavor and maintains utmost freshness. Preparation is as simple as placing the frozen cake in the microwave for 45 seconds. Topped with fruit coulis or served with ice cream or gelato, it is a true delight.
