Provisur® Technologies Acquires Hoegger AG

CHICAGO, Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Provisur® Technologies, Inc., a global leader in innovative food processing technologies announced today that it has acquired Hoegger AG, a privately-held leading provider of form pressing, separation and cook & chill equipment. Based in Flawil, Switzerland, Hoegger serves leading food processors globally.
