PT Infinys System Indonesia Chooses Cloudian to Bring First Object Storage Solution To Indonesia

FOSTER CITY, Calif., June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cloudian®, Inc. , the market-leading cloud storage software company, today announced that one of Indonesia's largest cloud service provider, PT Infinys System Indonesia, has chosen to deploy its Cloudian storage software solution to bring the first cloud storage to Indonesia, specifically targeting the consumer & Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME) market.

Infinys will use Cloudian to offer an object storage solution that can be used to store any data, such as images, files and video. The service will be part of the service offered by "CloudKilat", a new brand introduced by Infinys that is aimed at addressing the needs of its consumer and SME customers. Since the Cloudian storage solution is installed and operated with minimum involvement by IT personnel, it dramatically reduces the costs of cloud deployment and management—and, as a result, is helping make "Storage-As-A-Utility" a reality.
