PTS Advance Continues to Expand National Footprint, Adding Two Key Hires in Gulf Coast

IRVINE, Calif., March 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PTS Advance is excited to announce the appointment of Jeanne Guzman Farias as Account Director – Gulf Coast in our Energy & Infrastructure Division. Farias brings over 15 years' experience in supporting clients in oil, gas and chemicals, as well as, renewables and power generation industries. Her background and experience includes Business Development for Petrochemical and Refinery Engineering services, Global Key Account Management for a Major Operator, and Capital Project Support – including In-Plant Staffing Programs.  Farias has a deep understanding of the best practices for attracting, deploying and managing a diverse, qualified workforce to support engineering, construction, maintenance and turnaround activities. Kyli Tamas will also be joining Farias, as Account Recruitment Manager for the Gulf Coast operation. Tamas has over 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, where she has recruited technical professionals and executives across project management, project controls, engineering, construction, commissioning, QHSE and maintenance disciplines. Tamas has worked diligently over the years to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the industry and brings a great deal of insight and pragmatism to each assignment.
