TULSA, Okla., April 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams & Williams, a worldwide real estate auction firm and the leader in global live and interactive auctions announced the auction of the former headquarters facility of Better Machine & Manufacturing Inc. on Tuesday, April 28th a 9am. The manufacturing facility, located at 300 Old Lubbock Rd, was vacated last year when the company relocated to its present facilities in Snyder, Texas.
"The facility is an opportunity for any business that needs flexible space and room to grow," says Fontana Fitzwilson, Executive Vice President of Sales for Williams & Williams. "The property has approximately 29,000sf of space on 2.16+/- acres, which includes a fenced lay-down lot and access to the BNSF spur. It is ideally located for oilfield equipment manufacturing, trucking terminal or other fabrication or storage use."
Art Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of Better Machine & Manufacturing recalls that he worked in the Lubbock Rd facility as a young man for another equipment company that designed pipeline sampling systems and a proprietary inject odorant process for natural gas pipelines. "Eventually, I started my own manufacturing company and purchased the property in 2006. We've made many improvements to the facility over the years, including fully air conditioning the warehouse and assembly areas."
Fitzwilson said bidding for the live auction will start at 9am Tuesday, April 28th. Online bidding will also be available simultaneously on AuctionNetwork.com, a sister company to W&W that offers interactive bidding from any device. The high bidder will be required to make a 10% down payment at the conclusion of auction, and close in 30 days.
