Public Relations Industry Veteran Anna Cahill Leonard Appointed President Of Antenna Group

SAN FRANCISCO, March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move that strengthens the firm's position as a leader in strategic communications, Antenna Group announced today it has appointed Anna Cahill Leonard as president. Leonard reports to CEO Keith Zakheim and is responsible for client strategy and counsel as well as overall agency management and growth.

Leonard brings to Antenna Group 25 years' experience in communications including public relations, integrated marketing and market research, spanning clean energy, energy efficiency, mobile communications, enterprise software/hardware, and semiconductor technology markets.

She has also led numerous technology clients large and small including Analog Devices, Cisco Systems, Computer Associates (CA), Facebook, Ixia Systems, Oracle, Qualcomm and Saba Software.

Most recent to Cohn & Wolfe, Leonard was chief operating officer at Blanc & Otus, where she was responsible for the San Francisco office and its clients, as well as marketing and new business for the company.

Previously, Leonard held the position of managing director and executive vice president for Porter Novelli where she co-directed the Bay Area operation, one of the largest operations in the agency's network. She also led the Semiconductor client portfolio for the company, with Analog Devices and Qualcomm as the cornerstone clients.

A graduate of DePauw University in Indiana, Leonard holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in finance. She also studied at the University of Freiburg in Germany.
