'Pulsaciones' is a thriller about an investigation by Alex (Pablo Derqui), a neurosurgeon who has just undergone a heart transplant, aimed at solving the mysterious death of his donor, Rodrigo (Juan Diego Botto).

This is the strange sensation that Alex starts feeling after his heart transplant. Refusing at the start to accept the controversial theory, the impulses and emotions that this well-known surgeon experiences involuntarily cause him to finally give credibility to this theory of the heart's memory: if Alex wants to stop living these dreams, he must find an explanation for everything surrounding the mysterious death of Rodrigo, an investigative journalist whose heart Alex received.
The only starting point in Alex's investigation will be the clues that he comes upon in the form of memories and dreams following his heart transplant.
In his inquiries, Alex will be accompanied by Lara (Meritxell Calvo), a young journalist who will make every effort to find out what's hiding behind the death of Rodrigo, her professional mentor and one of her best friends.
