PumpMan Holdings Acquires W.C. Weil

SADDLE BROOK, N.J., Aug. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- PumpMan Holdings LLC, a Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC portfolio company, successfully completed the acquisition of Allison Park, Pennsylvania based W.C. Weil. The Company is an equipment and systems service provider for municipal water and waste water treatment pumping systems.

Founded in 1978, W.C. Weil offers new equipment sales, product start-up, routine inspection, field trouble shooting and repairs, asset management, and operator training. As part of PumpMan Holdings, the company will continue to operate under the W.C. Weil brand, providing customers with exceptional service and technical support to maintain and repair expensive municipal assets.

Following close, W.C. Weil's owner, Greg Madia, will remain with the company, serving as President of the Sales Division. In this role, Mr. Madia will work closely with customers to identify and resolve critical issues.
