LOWELL, Ark., Dec. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- One of the challenges faced by heavy-duty trucking fleets today is the lack of space of the front of the trailer. With more and more products on the market to contend for a position on the front of the trailer, consolidation becomes key.

The DIRECT™ nosebox line (the DIRECT PLUS, DIRECT FLEX, and DIRECT MAX), developed by Purkeys, allows fleets to utilize the functionality of both the nosebox and liftgate charging system in one convenient receptacle, freeing up much needed space on the front of the trailer.

The interior light control is an additional feature added since the product line was announced in November. It allows the driver to select whether the lights remain on for 30, 60, or 90 minutes, allowing the driver to work as needed inside the trailer while ensuring that the batteries will not become depleted by the interior lights.
