Pursuant Health Contracts with Three of the Five Largest Managed Medicaid Plans to Provide Population Engagement Solutions

ATLANTA, July 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Pursuant Health, a leader in consumer health engagement and data collection, announced today it has now contracted with three of the five largest Managed Medicaid plans in the country to provide innovative population health engagement solutions. The Company provides convenient, accessible programs to over 600,000 members in pilot locations across six states covered by these health plans.

The Pursuant Health multi-channel platform provides health plans with a unique competitive advantage that brings needed innovation to a highly-traditional industry. Since completing a successful Series A1 round of financing in January, Pursuant Health has made significant steps in expanding its FDA-Cleared health kiosk platform to better serve the growing customer base, with new capabilities including texting, print fulfillment, incentive management, and a web-based data collection platform. After contracting with Walmart to populate all pharmacy locations nationally by 2018, the in-store kiosk network will grow from 3,600 to over 5,600 locations, with access points within 10 miles of 90% of the U.S. population. In total, the Company will serve over 5 million health-conscious individuals each month once the expansion is complete. Pursuant Health's initial pilot programs have proven to be highly successful, with results including:

• A health plan in Indiana achieved a market-leading Health Needs Screening rate for new members, achieving over 50% completion within the first 90 days of enrollment
• A health plan in Nebraska that previously relied on print, call center and web channels saw their Health Risk Assessment (HRA) engagement rates double by implementing Pursuant Health solutions

Overall, Pursuant Health is currently in discussions or has contracted with 8 of the 10 largest Managed Medicaid plans. The Company continues to focus on existing programs with significant contract expansion negotiations underway and is exploring potential pilots for Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans.
