DENVER, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced today that two Denver-based professionals will be admitted into the firm's partnership effective July 1, 2012.
Hallie Caywood was promoted to Partner in PwC's Tax practice. Caywood has extensive knowledge of corporate federal income tax matters, including accounting for income taxes, tax accounting methods, mergers and acquisitions, consolidated returns, federal income tax legislation and tax compliance, to serve clients primarily in the mining industry. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Colorado, the District of Columbia and Illinois. Caywood currently sits on the board of the University of Notre Dame Club of Denver, the university where she received her Bachelor's degree. She also earned a Master's degree from the University of North Florida.
Stacy Huntoon was promoted to Partner in PwC's Assurance practice, where she will use her more than 14 years of experience providing audit services to both private and publicly held entities. She specializes in the entertainment, media and communications industries and advises her clients on a number of technical accounting and reporting issues with a particular expertise in the areas of revenue recognition, share-based compensation, business combinations and public debt offerings. Huntoon is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Colorado. She received a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and served as the United Way Giving Campaign Champion for PwC Denver this past year.
