Pyramid Pharma Services Adds 13th Commercial Product Through Expanded Partnership With Longstanding Customer

New cartridge-based program supports a therapy approved to treat rare blood cancers.

COSTA MESA, Calif., Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Pyramid Pharma Services, a U.S.-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in sterile injectable drug products, announced an expanded partnership with a longstanding biopharmaceutical customer to manufacture its 13th commercial product: a cartridge-based presentation of a therapy approved to treat rare blood cancers.

The new program expands the companies' existing commercial manufacturing relationship and adds to Pyramid's portfolio of products manufactured for global supply.

The expanded partnership follows investments in Pyramid's Costa Mesa manufacturing campus, including a high-speed Groninger aseptic fill-finish line and automated device assembly capabilities through the Mikron platform. These investments broaden Pyramid's ability to support evolving injectable delivery formats and its customers' long-term commercial supply needs.

The Groninger line supports aseptic fill-finish across vials, prefilled syringes, and cartridges. The Mikron platform complements these capabilities by supporting assembly of filled syringes and cartridges into autoinjectors and pen injectors. Together with labeling and packaging at its Southern California campus, these capabilities enable Pyramid to support customers from sterile drug product filling through device assembly and final packaging.
