MALVERN, Pa., April 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Pyxa Solutions announced a merger with Red Nucleus Enterprises, a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners, with the Pyxa principals retaining a significant interest in the combined company. The three key executives of Pyxa Solutions—Carol Rutkowski, Michael Swalina and Dalia El-Sherif—will continue to lead the Pyxa operations.
